Qualifications

• Bachelor's/advanced degree in a technical field; education experience preferred.
• 7+ years in Salesforce or CRM environments with a focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or customer success.
• Certifications in AI and data concepts are highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of higher education operations and student lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Understand educational institutional needs and map to Salesforce solutions.
• Present tailored demonstrations showing business value to stakeholders.
• Translate education processes into technology solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and align proposals with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, services, product teams and partners across engagements.
• Stay current on education tech trends and translate insights into recommendations.
• Meet quarterly and annual engagement and revenue targets; drive adoption.
• Participate in certification programs to grow expertise and impact.
