Job summary

Yondr is hiring an Account Executive, Education to drive new business with K–12 schools and districts. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop trusted relationships with education leaders, and tailor solutions to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

The role reports to Education Sales leadership and seeks a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about distraction-free learning spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience with success meeting/exceeding goals.
• Outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for meetings, conferences, and BD activities.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to generate new opportunities with K–12 schools and districts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, calls, and emails with administrators and district leaders.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through pipeline management and disciplined execution.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships with customers.
• Represent Yondr at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
