Job summary

CGS seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring compliant data processing and timely delivery of services. You will coordinate with attorneys, support staff, and stakeholders to optimize ESI workflows and maintain high-quality outputs across multiple cases.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics certifications preferred, and 8+ years in eDiscovery with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• Eight+ years in eDiscovery including processing, data conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval and analysis.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM.
• Document review software certifications or working knowledge of iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree required, CS or related field; waiver only by Contracting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks per ESI specifications.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling and QA.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
