Job summary

CGS seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, directing data processing and ensuring productions adhere to ESI specifications. You will oversee a team of eDiscovery professionals, provide guidance to attorneys and support staff, and maintain communications with clients about deadlines and technical challenges.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience and leadership in managing data processing workflows, with familiarity in LAW, IPRO,

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist preferred.
• At least eight years of eDiscovery experience including processing, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval, and review.
• Minimum five years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and development of processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI best practices and participate in teleconferences when needed.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys when productions do not meet specifications.
• Keep clients informed on lab activity, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, assessments, progress reporting, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM model: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
