Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services in support of ESI specifications for client engagements. The role oversees a client-site eDiscovery lab team, ensures timely processing, and provides detailed status to attorneys.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing complex litigation support projects, with a focus on quality control

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications (RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist) preferred.
• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, data culling, QA, and data analysis.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services per ESI specifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks; develop processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs; inform attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals at a client-site lab; schedule, assess requirements, assign work, produce progress reports, and QC deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM: collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, production.
