Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure all productions meet ESI specifications. The role requires extensive Relativity experience and strong governance of the EDRM workflow.

You will manage a team of eDiscovery professionals on client-site labs, coordinate with attorneys, and keep clients informed of deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.

Qualifications

• Extensive eDiscovery experience and strong knowledge of the EDRM workflow.
• Relativity certifications preferred (RCA or Analytics Specialist).
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data conversion, culling, QA, loads and retrieval.
• Five years in management or supervisory roles.
• Familiarity with common document review tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services and ensure compliance with ESI specifications.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide timely updates to the client on lab activities and resource availability.
• Oversee a team of eDiscovery professionals, scheduling and QC deliverables.
• Advise on EDRM phases: data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production.
