Job summary

CGS Federal in Boston seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring timely processing of electronic files per ESI specs and notifying attorneys of any deficiencies. You will supervise a team, coordinate deadlines, and provide client updates on technical challenges and resource availability.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics certifications preferred, and a strong grasp of the EDRM workflow, with a CS-related

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Analytics Specialist preferred.
• Eight years in eDiscovery roles: EFP, conversion, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval.
• Five years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow.
• Document review software knowledge: iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar.
• Undergraduate degree required; CS or related field preferred.
• Ideally experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office, LiveNote.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep client informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals and QC deliverables.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
