Job summary

CGS is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager in the Finance department. The role leads the delivery of lab data processing services and ensures productions meet ESI specifications, providing detailed notices of deficiencies to attorneys.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of eDiscovery professionals onsite, coordinate with client agencies and co-counsel, and advise on EDRM stages including collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications (RCA or Analytics) preferred.
• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval, and review.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of EDRM workflow and litigation discovery process.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely, accurate task completion and adherence to ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices.
• Provide notes of deficiencies to case attorneys when needed.
• Keep clients informed about lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Oversee webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team across a client-site eDiscovery lab (scheduling, QC, reports).
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, production.
