Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure productions comply with applicable ESI specifications. You will provide detailed deficiency notices to case attorneys and coordinate with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as needed.

You will manage a client-site eDiscovery laboratory team, schedule workloads, assess requirements, assign work, generate progress reports, and perform QC on deliverables while

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications RCA and/or Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval.
• 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver only by CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks per ESI specifications.
• Consult with attorneys and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide case attorneys with detailed notices of deficiencies.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases.
• Manage on-site eDiscovery lab team, schedules, work assignments, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
