Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, supervising staff, and ensuring timely processing of electronic files per ESI specifications. You will coordinate with attorneys and support staff, deliver progress reports, and maintain QA of deliverables.

You will advise on EDRM phases and best practices, manage client communications, and ensure resources and deadlines are met while upholding the company’s commitment

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications such as RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval and review.
• 5+ years at management/supervisory level.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge and certifications of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver requires Contracting Officer approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and implement processing approaches per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on best practices for ESI specifications and participate in conferences as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specs and notify case attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep clients informed on Lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Oversee webhosting support for unmanaged cases in the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
