Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with ESI specifications. The role requires coordinating with attorneys and staff, maintaining timelines, and delivering high-quality output.

You will oversee a team of professionals, supervise scheduling and QC, and provide guidance on EDRM stages from data collection to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval
• 5+ years in management/supervisory roles
• Extensive Relativity experience and RCA and/or Relativity Analytics certification preferred
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
• Experience with document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools
• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services and ensure compliance with ESI specifications
• Perform analysis, development and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI practices and participate in teleconferences as needed
• Provide detailed notice of deficiencies to case attorneys when productions do not meet specs
• Keep the client informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling and QC of deliverables
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production
