Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior ALS Lab Manager to lead delivery of lab data processing services for eDiscovery, ensuring productions meet ESI specifications and providing detailed notices of deficiencies to attorneys.

The role oversees a client-site team of eDiscovery professionals, coordinating scheduling, quality control, and progress reporting, while advising on all EDRM phases from data collection to production.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads and retrieval
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
• Working knowledge of document review tools such as Relativity, iConect, Venio
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; waiver possible with CO approval
• RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services to ensure timely, accurate task completion
• Advise attorneys and staff on best practices for ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability
• Manage a client-site eDiscovery lab team: scheduling, workload, progress reports, and QC of deliverables
• Provide guidance on EDRM phases: data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production
