Job summary

IST Management seeks an Account Executive to drive revenue in eDiscovery and Legal Services sales. You will develop new business, maintain client relationships, issue SOWs, and close deals while building a robust pipeline. The role includes presenting to decision-makers and networking to expand relationships.

Training begins with a paid 3-week program, first week in Atlanta, GA, then remote work with a Managing VP mentor. Occasional travel and in-person meetings are required.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required to work for any employer in the US
• High school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills
• Computer and Internet savvy

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting
• Client relationship management; issuing SOWs and closing deals
• Collaborate with MVP to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and meet monthly and yearly activity goals
• Deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally
• Participate in networking events to expand business relationships
• Stay informed about the latest trends in legal technology
