Job summary

IST Management is seeking an Account Executive for eDiscovery in Oklahoma City to drive revenue in new and existing business. This outside sales role emphasizes lead generation, prospecting, and presenting to decision-makers.

The position begins with a paid 3-week training in Atlanta, then remote field work with in-person appointments as needed; travel occasional. Base salary is $65,000 with uncapped commissions up to 16% and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in lead generation and cold calling is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
• Computer and Internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting
• Client relationship management; issuing SOWs and closing deals
• Working with MVP to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieving activity goals monthly and yearly
• Making presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally
• Participating in networking events to expand business relationships
• Staying aware of the latest trends in legal technology
