Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains patient records to prevent duplicates and ensure safety.
• Checks in and registers patients, collects demographics and insurance information.
• Explains financial responsibilities and guides patients to financial options.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists with navigation and scheduling.
• Monitors EHR work queues and follows department processes.
