• Explain financial obligations and coordinate with Financial Advocates as needed.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and manage expectations for payment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide informed guidance to patients and coordinate referrals as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with directions, transportation, and interpreters.
