Qualifications

• Two years of client services or customer-facing experience.
• Substitution: college coursework may replace experience.

Responsibilities

• Process benefit applications and determine eligibility.
• Manage a caseload for SNAP, Medicaid, Emergency Assistance/LIEAP, and School Clothing Vouchers.
• Learn to use department software to administer to a demanding caseload.
• Learn to conduct client interviews and analyze financial and social information.
• May retain repayment for economic assistance issued in error.
