Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of clerical or paraprofessional experience.
• Substitution: 30 college credit hours may substitute for experience.
• Availability of a vehicle for continuous use may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform beginning level Child Support case work under supervision.
• Learn to manage a caseload and calculate Child Support obligations.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and compose routine correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and review case files.
