Qualifications

• Substitution: college coursework may substitute for experience at 1 year per 30 credit hours.
• Special requirement: a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to determine eligibility and manage a caseload for economic assistance programs.
• Learn to use department software to administer caseloads.
• Perform interviews with clients and analyze financial and social information.
• Adhere to complex eligibility policy and issuance procedures.
