Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Personalization Specialist to own the website and eCommerce personalization strategy.

You will leverage customer data, segmentation, and testing to deliver tailored experiences that drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities include building campaigns on Dynamic Yield/Monetate, defining audience segments, and partnering with merchandising, marketing, and UX to align with business goals.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field with hands-on personalization or CRO experience.
• Familiarity with personalization or experimentation platforms (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate).
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and optimize personalization campaigns across the website and eCommerce platform.
• Define audience segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, and UX teams to align personalization efforts with goals.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses.
• Monitor and report on key metrics like CTR, CR, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
• Maintain the personalization roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality and proper tagging/tracking with analytics and engineering teams.
• Stay current on personalization trends and platform capabilities.
