Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce Search to lead the strategy and roadmap for on-site search across our retail website and mobile app. You will guide the team responsible for relevance tuning, testing, and merchandising decisions to drive findability and revenue per search.

You will own the cross-functional roadmap, work with platform vendors, and translate data into business impact while developing talent and aligning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, search/discovery, or analytics with leadership experience
• Hands-on configuring and managing a commercial site search platform
• Experience owning relevance tuning, synonym/thesaurus governance, and merchandising rules
• Strong analytics translating query log analysis and KPI into strategy
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Experience designing and overseeing A/B testing programs
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with senior leadership
• Vendor management including contract negotiations and platform roadmap alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Ecommerce Search Analysts and set goals and KPIs
• Own the multi-quarter roadmap for on-site search and prioritize initiatives
• Guide relevance tuning, synonyms, and merchandising rules
• Oversee A/B testing program and translate results into roadmap priorities
• Manage relationships with search platform vendors and contract renewals
• Collaborate with merchandising, engineering, UX/design, and marketing
• Represent search in cross-functional planning and budgeting
