Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Personalization Specialist to own our website and eCommerce personalization strategy. You will leverage customer data and testing to deliver tailored experiences that boost engagement and revenue.

This role requires collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and UX, and involves up to 25% travel to stores and partner sites. You should have 2–4 years in eCommerce or digital marketing with hands‑on CRO, plus experience with personalization platforms and A/B

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field with hands‑on personalization or CRO.
• Familiarity with personalization platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance.
• Cross‑functional communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize personalization campaigns across the website and eCommerce platform.
• Define audience segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, and UX teams to align personalization with goals.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses.
• Monitor and report on CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
• Maintain the personalization roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Ensure data quality and tagging with analytics and engineering teams.
• Stay current on personalization trends and industry best practices.
