Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking an ECommerce Associate for our Riverside Distribution Center. You will process and ship sold merchandise, create product listings, and improve the customer experience through accurate descriptions and timely updates.

You must have a High School Diploma, 2–4 years in customer service/retail, strong English communication, and solid computer skills. Photoshop experience and knowledge of online selling platforms are a plus; you will work full-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills: Windows OS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms; Photoshop preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship sold merchandise.
• Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
• Coordinate inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Select high-value items for online sales.
• Test items for functionality or authenticity before posting.
• Provide customer support via email, messages, and phone.
