The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for hands-on product listings to expand our online merchandise and optimize content for visibility and sales at The Salvation Army USA Western Territory. This role requires readiness to meet daily posting quotas and help drive online revenue.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in customer service/retail, strong English communication, and proficiency with Windows/MS Office; Photoshop is a plus, with solid data analysis and SEO awareness to improve

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Proficient with Windows OS (10+) and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of online selling platforms; Photoshop preferred.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytic tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.
1–4 years of customer service/retail experience.

Responsabilités

Create and optimize product listings on our ecommerce platform.
Use best practices for titles, descriptions, images to boost visibility and conversions.
Identify opportunities to increase online merchandise quantity.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback for improvements.
Use data-driven insights to optimize listings and suggest new products.
Select high-value merchandise at the Center/Store for online sale.
Photograph and present merchandise clearly and attractively.
Continuously improve the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
Meet daily posting quotas and weekly/monthly sales targets set by the Supervisor.
Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in workload management.
Grow skills and advance within the organization.
Collaborate with the District Sales Manager, Operations Manager and team daily.
