Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to handle processing and shipping of sold merchandise, create and enhance product listings, and improve the overall customer experience. You will manage inventory procedures, ensure accurate descriptions and images, and maintain high posting accuracy.

You will also support daily quotas and sales targets, work with the ecommerce supervisor and district team, and develop your skills in a fast-paced nonprofit retail operation

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pass a criminal background check.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent computer and technology skills, with a focus on Windows OS (10+) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Process and ship sold merchandise.
Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
Coordinate inventory and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Select high-value items for online platform listing and verify items for authenticity.
