The Salvation Army ARC Pasadena is hiring an Ecommerce Associate to manage merchandise chosen for our online platforms and ensure steady supply to stores. You will test items, use listing tools, and help with photography for auction listings.

Responsibilities include fast-paced listing, shipping software usage, and timely customer communication to meet daily quotas and sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Pasadena warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and Photoshop.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select high-valued merchandise for ecommerce posting and supply physical stores.
• Test items for functionality or authenticity before listing.
• Photograph items for online display and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets with the team.
