The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an Ecommerce Associate for our Pasadena Warehouse. You will select high-value merchandise for online sale, test items for authenticity, and manage listings using listing/shipping software.

You will also help photograph items and answer customer inquiries to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Daily tasks include meeting posting quotas and collaborating with a team to drive ecommerce performance, with full-time schedules including evenings and

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated competency in the listed skills through training or experience.
• Ability to read/write and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Selecting high-value merchandise at ARC Center for ecommerce and supplying stores.
• Testing items for functionality or authenticity prior to posting (electronics, jewelry).
• Using listing/shipping software at a fast pace (Sure Done, Ship Station).
• Assisting with product photography for auction listings.
• Handling customer support via phone and email promptly.
• Following up on orders with customers in real time.
