The Salvation Army in Pasadena is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to join the retail team. You will select merchandise, test items, photograph products, and manage listings to support both the ARC Center and retail stores.

Responsibilities include fast-paced use of listing/shipping tools, customer communication, and achieving daily quotas while collaborating with the District Sales Manager and team members.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of online selling platforms and Photoshop.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Selecting high valued merchandise located at ARC Center to sell on ecommerce platform and supply physical stores with steady supply of collectible merchandise.
• Testing items to confirm functionality or authenticity prior to posting (e.g., electronics, jewelry).
• Using listing and shipping software at a fast pace (SureDone, Ship Station).
• Assisting with photography of items for sale to be displayed on auction website.
• Handling phone and emailing customer support in a timely manner.
• Meeting daily posting quotas and weekly/monthly sales targets.
