Job summary

Kinetic Digital Publishers is seeking a confident eBook Sales Consultant to manage conversations with prospective authors, understand their publishing needs, present suitable packages, and convert qualified leads into clients. You will conduct discovery calls, negotiate pricing, explain bundled services, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline; excellent English communication is required.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 1–3 years in sales, consultative selling, business development, or client relationship management preferred.
• Experience in publishing or digital/creative services is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls, consultations, and follow-ups with prospective authors.
• Identify client needs, publishing objectives, manuscript status, budget, and timelines.
• Present suitable publishing packages and customized service recommendations.
• Explain editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing, and marketing services.
• Communicate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and terms accurately.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Negotiate service packages within pricing guidelines.
• Convert leads into paying clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Follow up on proposals, quotations, and pending decisions.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and client history.
• Coordinate with production during onboarding.
