Kinetic Digital Publishers in the United States is seeking a motivated Junior eBook Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will reach out to prospective authors, discuss publishing goals, and guide clients toward suitable publishing solutions.

In this role you will manage inquiries, maintain records in our CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to contribute to client acquisition and revenue targets. Strong English communication and a desire to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales, books, publishing, and creative services.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Familiarity with CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective authors through outbound calls, emails, and other approved outreach channels.
• Respond professionally to incoming inquiries about publishing services.
• Introducte Kinetic Digital Publishers’ services, including editing, proofreading, manuscript formatting, book cover design, eBook publishing, and marketing.
• Understand client requirements, publishing goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Recommend appropriate publishing packages based on client needs and approved service offerings.
• Explain service features, pricing, deliverables, and processes accurately.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective clients to maintain engagement.
• Schedule consultations and sales meetings for qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate client information, communication history, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
• Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
• Meet assigned outreach, follow-up, appointment-setting, and sales targets.
• Participate in sales training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Stay informed about the company’s publishing services, packages, and processes.
