Job summary

Quincy Compressor in Charlotte seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead the East region service business. You will develop goals for service-related products, supervise Service Managers, and drive performance and efficiency.

You will partner with Sales and Planners to ensure a cradle-to-grave service process, report on field insights, and help shape pricing and product decisions. Hybrid work and a base salary with vehicle allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Substantial related industry experience with service focus.
• Experience managing a remote workforce and customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to drive and exceed goals for the East region.
• Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.
• Develop regional service team into a modern, cost-efficient unit with customer focus.
• Oversee regional service performance and implement improvements long- and short-term.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Planners and Sales to ensure cradle-to-grave service processes.
• Report field insights and advise on product, service and pricing changes.
