Job summary

Quincy Compressor is seeking an Inside Sales Manager - Service to lead our inside sales and parts sales team from the Fairfield, NJ area. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on growing the service business, driving market share, and expanding customer penetration while shaping high-quality product solutions.

The candidate will develop talent, implement best practices, and partner with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the inside and parts sales team.
• Ensure that processes and best practices are implemented and followed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Monitor activity levels to achieve vision of success for the business.
• Provide performance feedback and develop team competencies.
• Collaborate with operations to handle inbound/outbound requests for a smooth customer experience.
• Optimize call flows to capture and handle calls timely.
• Identify competence gaps and plan training and evaluations.
