• Substantial related industry experience.
• Experience managing a remote workforce.
• Customer facing experience and good negotiation skills would provide a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to drive and exceed goals.
• Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.
• Develop regional service team into a cost-efficient, customer-focused unit.
• Oversee the regional service team to improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Planners and Sales to maintain a cradle-to-grave service process.
• Report on developments and provide recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and competitive developments.
