Job summary

Quincy Compressor LLC in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to lead the East service region and drive growth. The role blends remote and on-site duties at our Charlotte facility, reporting to the National Operations Manager.

You will guide Service Managers, plan and execute strategic goals, and optimize service processes with a customer-focused approach. Compensation includes a base salary starting around $83,000 and up to $125,000, plus variable pay and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Substantial related industry experience.
• Knowledge of the service range of products and safety practices (OSHA).
• Experience in managing a remote workforce.
• Customer facing experience and good negotiation skills would provide an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to drive and exceed established goals.
• Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.
• Develop regional service team into a modern, professional and cost-efficient business unit with customer focus.
• Oversee the regional service team and improve operational performance and efficiency long and short term.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Planners and the Sales Team to maintain a fluid cradle-to-grave service process with controlled WIP.
• Report on developments and feedback, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and competitive evaluation.
