Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking a Director of Operations - East Region to drive key initiatives across PA, WV, and MD. This hybrid role requires local market residence and reports to the VP, OpCo Operations.

You will lead 5-6 Area Supervisors who oversee 30-45 restaurants, coaching teams to maximize sales and profits while maintaining high operating standards. The role emphasizes development of strong management teams, adherence to AOP, and execution of brand standards with a focus on people and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification required; ability to obtain if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-6 Area Supervisors overseeing 30-45 restaurants.
• Drive profitability and ensure adherence to brand standards and operating plans.
• Coordinate with Training and Marketing teams for openings and initiatives.
• Conduct audits and provide written recommendations for improvements.
• Travel up to 75% to restaurants within the market.
