Job summary

Long John Silver's, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all areas of restaurant operations, including product preparation, customer relations, maintenance, inventory, staffing, and financial accountability. This role ensures high standards in service, food safety, and sales performance.

The RGM will lead a team, manage schedules, and drive local marketing initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures at the Santa Fe location.

Qualifications

• Work minimum 50 hrs/week including evenings and weekends.
• Associate degree or equivalent and at least 1 year related experience/training.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests.
• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment for employees and customers; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety.
• Maintain a local marketing program to grow sales.
• Manage administrative duties such as timekeeping, inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
