Long John Silver's, LLC in the United States seeks an Area Supervisor (District Manager) to provide overall operations leadership for 4–6 company-owned restaurants. You will work with the Director of Operations to develop regional strategies and support RGMs in exceeding annual targets.

The role requires hands-on coaching, strong people leadership, and a proven track record in quick-service operations. Expect up to 70% travel, a competitive salary with bonus potential, and benefits including

• High school diploma required.
• 5–7 years’ experience as an Area Supervisor in Quick Service or Fast Casual.
• Serv-Safe certification required; must obtain if not certified

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach RGMs and restaurant teams to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain food safety, product, and facility standards.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by meeting restaurant targets.
• Plan and execute bench planning, scheduling, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Labor standards and company code of conduct.
• Coach and develop leaders through hands-on training.
• Travel up to 70% to support OpCo restaurants.
