• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A four-year college degree is strongly preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification is required or obtainable.
• Travel up to 70% is anticipated.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching, leadership and communication to Supervisors to maximize sales and profits.
• Drive adherence to brand standards and operating procedures; develop management teams for future growth.
