MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to lead ambulance vendor recruitment, relationships, and cost management across the East region. This remote role travels up to 25% and collaborates with the Mobile Integrated Health team to strengthen partnerships and service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in EMS/ambulance operations or related fields, with strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities to meet client expectations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years EMS/Ambulance Operations, Dispatch, Logistics or Transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding of ambulance vendors in the assigned region.
• Monitor vendor performance, costs and service levels against contracts.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health to expand partnerships.
• Provide training and ensure MTM policy and protocol compliance.
• Analyze costs and drive cost containment initiatives.
