Job summary

Heidelberg USA seeks a Sales Account Manager for Labels on the East Coast to develop and maintain relationships with customers across the territory, from Atlanta to Washington, D.C. This role specializes in Gallus label systems, including presses, software, and related consumables.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding ROI analyses, equipment evaluations, and installation planning while building long-term partnerships through cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, printing tech, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, label, packaging, converting, or capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment, production technologies, workflow software, or manufacturing solutions is aPlus.
• Knowledge of label printing processes and flexographic/digital printing is desirable.
• Ability to grasp technical and application details of Gallus label products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with label converters and packaging printers across East Coast territory.
• Promote Gallus label solutions including presses, software, and workflow technologies.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend equipment and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support complex capital equipment opportunities.
• Serve as primary customer contact from prospecting through post-sale follow-up.
