Heidelberg USA is a trusted partner to the printing industry, focused on Gallus label solutions and related equipment. The Sales Account Manager, Labels, builds relationships across the East Coast and guides customers from evaluation through installation and ongoing partnership.

You will deliver ROI analyses, tailored workflow solutions, and capital equipment recommendations, traveling extensively to support customers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience in printing/packaging/capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment or production technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of label printing processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and target customers in the territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Promote Gallus label solutions and related software/equipment.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses for customers.
• Coordinate resources across teams to support complex capital sales.
