Job summary

The Heidelberg Sales Account Manager, Labels, is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers within an assigned territory on the East Coast. This role specializes in Gallus label printing and converting solutions, including digital and flexographic presses, software, and related consumables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing/label/packaging or capital equipment.
• Experience selling capital equipment, production technologies, or software is preferred.
• Knowledge of label/packaging production is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective label converters and packaging printers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand client objectives.
• Promote Gallus label solutions and related software and equipment.
• Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to recommend solutions.
• Coordinate resources across teams to support complex capital equipment sales.
