Job summary

Lori Vision Studio Inc is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the U.S. East Coast, with New York as the flagship market.

This hands-on 0→1 role is responsible for building partnerships across shopping malls, retail, entertainment, SMBs, gifting, museums/attractions, universities, and other high-traffic consumer channels. You will own opportunities from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation, launch, and multi-location

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to start new accounts or markets from 0→1.
• Willingness to travel across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the East Coast BD pipeline across KA and SMB channels.
• Develop relationships with malls, retail chains, entertainment operators, universities and other partners.
• Drive New York flagship development including site sourcing, landlord negotiations, and launch coordination.
• Own the full BD cycle from prospecting to contract and rollout.
• Collaborate with operations, product, marketing and supply chain to ensure successful launches.
• Maintain forecast and weekly reporting.
