AC Lion Digital Executive Search is seeking a seasoned business development professional to build the US market from the ground up. You will own US BD, establish relationships with consumer brands, and develop agency and channel partnerships to drive customer acquisition and rewards.

The role emphasizes hunting new logos, turning partnerships into revenue, and scaling a market from zero in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of BD, partnerships, sales or commercial experience.
• Hunter with a track record of originating and closing deals.
• Experience selling to CPG, Beauty, Wellness, Apparel or other consumer brands.
• Strong relationships with CMO, Growth, CRM, Loyalty and Ecommerce buyers.
• Comfortable building a market or territory from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the US pipeline from zero.
• Establish relationships with consumer brands.
• Develop agency and channel partnerships.
• Sell our customer acquisition and rewards proposition.
• Identify strategic partners that can bring multiple brands onto the platform.
• Close initial lighthouse customers and turn them into repeatable growth.
