Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and data management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM.
• 5+ years of related sales experience and/or demonstrated account management capability.
• Experience selling into Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Packaging, or Life Sciences industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of WESTPAK’s Northeast expansion by achieving quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to increase loyalty and wallet share.
• Prioritize in-person meetings with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and demonstrate WESTPAK’s value.
• Log all activity and customer information into Salesforce CRM.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with operations, finance, and other departments.
