Candidates will develop WBS, data collection plans, perform schedule risk analyses, and coordinate with contractor teams, earning a DoD clearance and delivering actionable insights for program decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or Master's with 4+ years and 3+ years on DoD Acquisition programs.
• DoD Acquisition Programs experience required.
• Certification: PMP, EVP, or DAWIA Level II Program or Financial Management.
• 4 years in a DoD or industry program management and integration environment.
• 3 years of experience with EVM policy.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cost and schedule performance data for EVM reporting.
• Review Integrated Master Schedules for inconsistencies and trends.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and monthly EV/schedule analyses.
• Prepare executive summaries and monthly reports for reviews.
• Develop initial WBS and Cost Data Collection Plans for new contracts.
• Support EV data collection and validation of contractor data.
• Assist with program assessments and status reviews of contractor schedules.
