Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Minimum five years of defense program experience.
• Active secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Earned Value Management analyses and develop processes for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data.
• Prepare surveillance plans to assess EVM data quality; advise IPTs on cost, schedule, and performance trends; conduct EVM training and IBR coordination.
