Job summary

Raytheon in the United States offers a hybrid role within the Ground Based Surveillance (GBS) Finance Team to support the GBRD Program in the SEW portfolio. The Business Manager will collaborate with the Program Manager and IPT Leads to ensure sound financial decisions and resource planning for a recently awarded $300M program.

The position requires a strong background in EVMS and EAC, along with MS Office proficiency, and a proven track record of delivering timely cost reporting and baselining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree + 3+ years
• Experience with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with EVMS and/or EAC process

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.
• Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards
