Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a Business Manager for the GBRD Program within the SEW portfolio. You will partner with program managers and leads to drive financial execution and sound decision making in a fast-paced defense environment.

The role requires strong EVMS/EAC experience, SAP knowledge, and the ability to balance cost, schedule, and manpower across baselines. This is a hybrid position with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders
• Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen
• Analyze key financial data that will enable sound program decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning
• Manage and maintain program baselines and ensure accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned to business directives and policies
• Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes utilizing the most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.
• Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards
