Raytheon is seeking a Business Manager for the Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program within the SEW portfolio. The role supports monthly EVMS cost and schedule control, partnering with program leaders to ensure accurate financial execution.

You will analyze EACs, manpower planning, and investments, maintain baselines, and drive process efficiencies using digital tools. This is a hybrid role based in Woburn, MA, with potential for growth in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with EVMS and/or EAC processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly earned value management cost and schedule reporting to program leaders.
• Act as a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial execution.
• Brief senior leaders on program execution with strong financial acumen.
• Analyze EVMS metrics, ETCs, investments, and manpower planning.
• Maintain program baselines and cost charging aligned with policies.
• Drive efficiencies in financial processes using digital tools and resources.
